You have probably searched many times for datasheets of different semiconductors. If you are an electronic engineer, a student, or electronics is simply your passion, you must surely know how helpful can datasheets or apllication notes be. Knowing how time-consuming can finding a given data be, we have decided to create on the server, our local documentations database. Our aim is to help, both students and workers of the Institute of Electronics, to find all the necessary data and information as quickly as possible.
All the documents are obviously available in PDF format.

We would also like to tell you that apart from datasheets, we have also placed application notes on our Web page that can prove much more useful when working on projects than the datasheets by themself.
Clues for searching:
1. One may not find a given part when writing simply its symbol with the last letters (meaning the package or version) in the space provided. This is due to the way we describe the parts in our database. In most cases these last symbols are simply omitted so when looking for something, please leave out the last letters of the denotation.
2. It may happen that many different parts may be described in just one document. Let us take, for example, a series of 78XX regulators. In this case, writing simply numbers 7815 may not prove sufficient to find anything. These regulators may be described in this way: 78XX Series Regulators. In this very example it will be better to write: "78 regulator".
3. If you want, you can display all the documents of a given manufacturer, leaving an empty space with the part symbol you are searching. This trick works only when a given manufacturer is chosen and not while the option "-all-" is selected.
4. The character * is not treated as the wildcard. Its use is unnecessary. For example, if someone writes the keyword "TDA", he or she receives all the records containing the "TDA" character string. The case of the characters is ignored. This way we can display all the TDA series chips.
5. We cannot, of course, guarantee that although the number of available documentations is huge (about 80 000), you can find here all the necessary data you need. All the keywords with no results are immediately recorded in our database. This way we can notice any mistakes or defects and make up for them sometimes even the very next day.
The catalogue will be successively enlarged.
