Jak by mi mógł wyjaśnić czym się różni MOSFET od MOS-a?

Dokładnie niczym,MOSFET to po prostu skrót literowy od pełnej nazwy tranzystorów unipolarnych,natomiast MOS to bardziej potocznie.
