Zrobiłem coś takiego - opis był w książce "Układy elektroniki profesjonalnej".
Działa rewelacyjnie, pod warunkim dobrania odpowiedniego transformatora. Zbyt duże napięcie transformatora powoduje przegrzewanie się tranzystorów.

30 lat temu robiłem radia z tymi tranzystorami. Ich odpowiednikami są polskie TG2-5 oraz TG 50 firmy TEWA.

Motorolę HC11 można programować na dwa sposoby
- jako pamięć EPROM w odpowiedniej podstawce
- programowo, w układzie po podłączeniu napięcia 12V.
Odpowiedni program i rysunek jest w manualach.
Podaj jaki dokładnie jest typ procesora.

Witam!

Taki licznik amperogodzin z wyświetlaczem (ale na prąd stały) o rozdzielczości 8 bitowej zrobiłem na procesorze z przetwornikiem A/D. Dla uzyskania większej dokładności potrzebny jest zewnętrzny przetwornik.

Witam!

A może po prostu kupić MC34063? Kosztują grosze, płytka do każdej wersji przetwornicy jest w katalogu Motoroli, a poza tym można więcej prądu z niego wyciągnąć. Mnie potrzebny był jedynie zasilacz podwyższający napięcie - do tej pory działa dobrze.

Niestety, HC05 nie mają FLASHa i jeśli Twój nie ma okienka do kasowania UV to nic nie zrobisz.
