dla mnie to bylby uA 701. może podwójny. troche za malo napisales. napisz gdzie to pracuje. co jest wokół niego. często układy i tranzystory oznacza sie fabryczną specyfikacją. np. P60NFI to zwykły buz90 ( przynajmniej w moim otoczeniu).
